Licensing variables

Environment variables to handle licensing.

Variable	Description
`ALLINEA_LICENCE_FILE`	Location of the licenses directory. The default is `${ALLINEA_TOOLS_PATH}/licences`. Note You can set `ALLINEA_LICENCE_FILE` with the path to a specific license to ensure that Arm® Forge detects the license in that location. However, Arm® Forge continues detecting other licenses that are available when `ALLINEA_LICENCE_FILE` is set, and there is no guarantee of Arm® Forge using the specified license. To force Arm® Forge to use a specific license file, use the variable: `ALLINEA_FORCE_LICENCE_FILE`
`ALLINEA_FORCE_LICENCE_FILE`	Location of the license file. This ensures that Arm® Forge uses a specified license file.
`ALLINEA_LICENCE_DIR`	Colon separated list of license directories. The default is `${ALLINEA_TOOLS_PATH}/licences`. Note You can set this variable with the path to a specific directory to ensure that Arm® Forge detects the licenses in the directory. However, Arm® Forge continues detecting licenses that are available in other locations, and there is no guarantee of Arm® Forge using the license at the specified paths. To force Arm® Forge to use a specific license file, use the variable: `ALLINEA_FORCE_LICENCE_FILE`
`ALLINEA_MAC_INTERFACE`	Specify the network interface name to which the license is tied.
